Angela obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong and was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR.

Angela’s practice covers a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters including
litigation, family law, wills and probate.

Luke obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the University of Hong Kong. He also completed the Master of Social Science in Global Political Economy (MGPE) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Luke is training in a broad range of practice areas including litigation, family law, criminal law and probate and administration. He also has prior work experience in a multinational risk management consultancy and an NGO in Hong Kong.

David is a Hong Kong qualified solicitor. David obtained his bachelor degree of laws and Master of Laws both at the Beijing University. He was admitted in Year 1994 with extensive experience over civil & criminal litigation and commercial practice. He served various private clients and corporate clients on top of his devotion to serve the community of Hong Kong.

Jonathan is a Hong Kong qualified solicitor.

Jonathan finished his law degree (LLB) at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. During his studies, Jonathan has achieved top academic results in various subjects He also completed the Master of Laws (LLM) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the University of Hong Kong.

Jonathan completed internships in various Hong Kong law firms during his school vacations, during which he had exposure to work in cases such as employees’ compensation, personal injuries, probate, divorce, bankruptcy, commercial, debt recovery and criminal matters.

Jonathan then received his training at an international law firm, having acted for many overseas and mainland commercial clients in drafting cross-border facility agreements, loan agreements and liaising with PRC lawyers to facilitate completion of commercial transactions; acting for numerous private companies in reviewing and drafting commercial documents, agreements, due diligence reports, and legal opinions.

Jonathan now runs a broad practice in both contentious and non-contentious matters serving commercial as well as private clients.
